Yes. Request a specific vehicle by stock number or listing URL and we'll email the full technician report before you make the trip. It includes pass/fail items, advisory notes, tyre depth readings, and brake pad measurements.

We can run a soft credit assessment against a nominated loan amount before you've selected a vehicle — this gives you a borrowing ceiling and indicative rate to shop with. It doesn't affect your credit file and takes around two hours on a business day.

If your application is declined by all lenders on our panel and you choose not to proceed, the holding deposit is refunded in full within two business days. We'll also outline which lender criteria affected the outcome so you know where you stand.

Yes. ABN holders, company buyers, and family trust structures are all catered for. Our finance desk works with lenders that offer chattel mortgage, commercial hire purchase, and lease products — bring your ABN and latest financials and we'll map the right structure.

Arrange your own pre-purchase inspection at any point before contract signing — we'll hold the vehicle for up to 48 hours on a refundable deposit while the inspection is booked. We provide the vehicle location, access, and relevant service records to the inspector directly.

Hybrid variants appear in our stock consistently, particularly in the SUV and small-car segments. Full battery-electric vehicles turn over less frequently but are listed when available. If you want to be notified when a specific EV drivetrain hits our lot, we maintain a waitlist.

The drive-away figure covers stamp duty at the current NSW rate, 12 months CTP, transfer fees, and one year's registration. The only items not bundled are optional extras — paint protection, extended warranty plans, or floor mats — which are quoted separately if you want them.
